I love the ring. It is made nicely but when you show the ring in your add it is vibrant red cardinal. I get my ring and it is a dull red not like your add. But it is very nice.

Once again I am very happy with this ring as I lost my son almost eight years and I ask God for a sign and for all these years the red cardinal comes to visit me.
This item came to me looking more like a kid ring out of a vending machine. Not like the picture and just down right disappointing.

This product did not meet the expectation whatsoever. It is a sticker of a cardinal covered with a plastic diamond cut topper. It fell off immediately.

The ring I received from you is not at all representative of your website ad. I could have bought this same ring from TEMU for less than a dollar. I will be following up for resolution on this order. I have copies & photos of both your ad and the product and may be posting them online.

This was a gift to my daughter-in-law. She lost her husband (my son ) to cancer. She cried when I gave her the ring , dhe absolutely loved it and so did I.
If you look at the ring in person and then look at the picture of the ring on your website it does not remotely look like the same ring and quite frankly is misleading and makes it highly likely that I want order anything else from you.

Disappointed. Looks like cheap costume jewelry. Wanted to get my mother a comforting gift and it is that, but it looks SO CHEAP. My mother loves cardinals and the message/poem was lovely, but the ring itself, SO DISAPPOINTING. I would pay max $25 for it :(

I had to return this ring because it looks nothing like the picture. Not even close. I was so disappointed. I had bought the necklace the "Messenger from Heaven" & just love it. I wear it every day.
