The ring does not match the picture that I ordered from. The heart is flat and dull and the "diamonds" in the picture look raised, but the actual ring is flat.

THESE WERE TAKEN TO THE POST OFFICE TODAY TO BE RETURNED. I DID NOT INTEND TO BUY 3 RINGS IN THE SAME SIZE. WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY WOULD BE 3 DIFFERENT SIZES, THE YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWERED THE CALL ENDED UP PLACING ANOTHER ORDER FOR THE SIZES THAT I WANTED. HOWEVER, SHE LEFT THE OTHER ORDER FOR 3 RINGS IN SIZE 9. THEREFORE, THEY ARE ALL 3 ON THEIR WAY BACK TO YOU.
Looks great luv it, it's a gift I know she will luv it to.
I have ordered many items from Bradford for 40+ years and this is the first I am disappointed. Pictures in advertising looks more quality than the ring in person. I bought as a gift and am still deciding if I will give the ring or return

Very disappointed. Doesn't look anything like the picture. In the picture, the cardinal is very Distinctive, but on the ring, what you can see is like the diamonds. It's not about that. I wanted the bird just very disappointed.

Very unique, pretty and meaningful. Although it does not look quite a shiny as the picture, it's pretty. At first I thought it looked like something out of a bubble gum machine but once on my finger the appearance improved. I really like it. Has meaning for me which is the top reason I purchased it. Update!! Still wearing my ring daily and even washing my hands with it on my finger. No changes ,still looks good 😊😊

I am sorry the ring is no where what the picture in the add shows. Much smaller and not clear cardinal in the ring setting. I bought it because I lost my son and thought it would be a nice reminder to wear. I was willing to pay the price, but after seeing it, it is not worth the money. I will not recommend you to my friends.

Does not look like the picture in the catalog. Looks cheap, the Cardinal looks like a cheap picture. Very disappointed!

If I could give this 0 stars I literally would. Looks nothing like what was pictured. I would include pictures but I instantly returned this product. It feels so cheap — similar to a piece of costume jewelry you get for 50 cents. Honestly the product and the company is so sketchy I’m not even sure if I’ll get my refund. Avoid buying at all costs

Beautiful, however, there seems to be a breach in the seal. Wife washed her hands once and it fogged up. Hopefully you will honor a fix of some kind and this is just relative to this one product.
