The bracelet looked beautiful and the presentation was very nice.
It's a very nice bracelet. It's not quite as luxurious as it looks in the picture, but still very nice. Sadly, the charm that dangles from the closure was broken off when mine arrived. The return and replacement would take "up to" 30 days and I need it for a graduation this weekend, so I took it to a jeweler to get fixed. I probably won't order from Bradford Exchange again, their stuff doesn't have the quality to back up the price. Nice stuff, but not worth what they're charging.

It’s just what I wanted. My only concern was the shipping issue. Tracking was not easy, and very difficult access. Glad that I sent it to myself and not the recipient! Also no gift wrap choices?

My gift recipient LOVES the bracelet.
Engraving is barely legible. Being charged an extra $10+ for unknown fees was very disturbing and disappointing. Purchased as a gift, but don't like it as much as I thought I would. Will not get 3 more as previously planned.

horrible...could not see inscriptions which was whole point of buying the bracelet and is what you advertised. And nothing in the box to indicate what they were. I feel jipped and will never buy from you again. I am sure Michelle expected her affirmations to be visible and read, otherwise why bother. I need a return label to send it back to you.
