The product is fine but there was damage in shipping.fortunately a friend of mine was able to make repairs to several of the wing feathers and a detached eagle and his tail feathers.you did offer to replace it but I wasn't certain the new one would arrive any better.

I’ve called twice asking when I will receive this and all they say is it has shipped. it’s been almost a month now and I still have not received it. I got the first shipment on time but this has still not arrived and it’s already came out of my checking account and I can’t send you pictures. I’m very frustrated.

I was very upset about how this beautiful product was shipped. It was shipped in the Styrofoam case which is usually enclosed with a box. If it was in a box, I could have wrapped it as a gift. Instead, this disgusting, dirty and dented foam package showed up at my doorstep. This was not what I expect for such an expensive product and is not Bradford Exchange quality. This type of shipment method cheapened this product.

The sculpture is beautifully made and looks great, however, this is the second purchase I've made where a small piece of wing on one of the Eagles wad broken off and is missing. I'm not impressed and quite frankly don't know if I'm going to make any mote purchases in the future.
