This item is not what is shown in your online catalog. It does not have the glitter words. Shoddy product made quickly and indifferently while still charging an outrageous amount. . I am very disappointed and intend to return.

Purchased as gift to my daughter and she absolutely loves it
My daughter said it was pretty. I think for all the money it cost it would be spectacular.
I was sent the wrong product twice….. Not happy!!! No one returned my emails..

It was well received by my daughter, but I think it was a hefty price. Her happiness has no price, so I'm good with it.

Thank you for getting my gift to my daughter on time for Christmas
Ordered Christmas present for family member and had it shipped to their house. Package arrived wrapped in clear plastic with content identification description so she was clearly able to see what her present was. This spoiled her Christmas surprise. I called Bradford customer service to voice my concern so this wouldn't happen to anyone else. There was no accountability or acceptance on the part of the company. All I got was excuses and a non believable I'm sorry. I was then told if I didn't like it I could send it back. I asked to have a supervisor call me back and was told, they wouldn't do that. Buyer beware, this company has lousy customer service.

The item is very small. You can't read the inscription. It has none of the sparkle that is shown in pic. And, the wrapping is horrible as it showed up in styrofoam. No box. Sending back

My daughter loved it. Will have it for the rest of her life.
The writing on the base stands out clearly in your ad, but neither I nor my daughter could read it without holding it under a bright light, and even then it was barely legible. I was very disappointed.

I can't rate it because I haven't received it even though I ordered it on 11/22/21 and paid for 2nd day shipping and now it's 6 days and still not here.

I ordered 2 of these at the same time (ordered 10/30/21) and only received 1. I have contacted Bradford multiple times and no one can tell me why it isn't here. They sent me an email saying it shipped on 11/3/21 and was in Carol Stream, Il, which is about 2 hours from us and it is now 11/19/21 and still no package. Worst of all no one will help me with this. The last message from Bradford was, if I don't get it in 2 or 3 weeks to contact them. You can see where this has gotten me so far.... NO WHERE. I need the other one by 12/6/21 and as many times as I have contacted them I haven't gotten any results. Very, very disappointed. Order a lot from Bradford Exchange, but probably won't any more. I wish I could get my product so both of my daughters have their St. Nick's gift from their dad.

Disappointed in overall shopping experience. Very poor customer service. Too many advertising emails and no info on shipping or tracking my order. Expected more for price paid. Still haven't received the item- after Christmas although I ordered well before they said to in order to GUARANTEE Christmas delivery. No one answers my emails and no help via phone.
