I have not received it! The Bradford Exchange totally screwed up the delivery address and UPS couldn't deliver it! Now TBE says it could be another 30 Days before I even see it! I know this... Unless my express shipping fees are not totally refunded I will never by from TBE ever again!

I’ve tried emailing and no response 2 times. It is too big for my wife and wondering if it can get a link take out or not. Watch seems fine but no response to multiple emails is poor service

Please respond to this rating again because I can’t find the email you sent request the details of my disappointment and reason why I will never purchase anything from the Bradford Exchange. Nothing. I got it for two Vikings player events and the watch did not work. I am meeting one of my all-time favorite Vikings players tomorrow and don’t have a working watch. The first event was last Friday - I even paid extra to expedite shipping. This is the first and last time I purchase from the Bradford Exchange.
