I ordered this I received it on Christmas Eve it was the wrong item during the whole process the tracking number Bradford provided was invalid sent several email no help then I was told my order couldn’t be tracked maybe they still use pony express? In my experience Bradford Exchange is a terrible company to do business with I will not be shopping with them again

This item was NOTHING like the image in the ad. It is a different design , color and the charm with the name on it was completely unreadable. Very poor quality and workmanship. I would not gift this. I have spoken to you TWICE .I have been promised a refund TWICE. I was told to wait 3-5 days for the refund. I have waited 10 days for the first promised refund and seven for the second . Can someone please look into this and follow through on your refund process.

I ordered 3 ornaments for my daughters. This one was the prettiest of the 3. I had to return all 3 because 1 came with blank name tag and one did not arrive prior to Christmas. Too expensive for the quality. Refund took a full month after return of product. NOT IMPRESSIVE.

Never shipped to my daughter in time for Christmas! I have never been more disappointed in my life. A personalized daughter ornament is something that I have gotten her every year since she was born and Bradford Exchange is huge let down. I will never order from them again.
