It is beautiful. They kept me up to date on shipping through the whole process. I chose this because my husband ordered a necklace for me... black cat pendant... and it NEVER arrived. He reached out to. Them asap for refund or replacement and last week got a letter then were not going to do either and charged him in full. Had I seen the letter prior, I would not have ordered. Luckily mine arrived safely... but I wouldn't chance using them again after their denial to refund or replace my birthday present. :(

why am I being asked about the quality of a product I ordered at the beginning of the month and 3 weeks later still hasn’t arrived?? How about your company looks to confirm if the client received the package and if not look into it and keep the clients posted before asking for a review. I am going to call customer service for a refund, this is the second attempt glum trying to order this bracelet with no success.

Its pretty but too big for my husbands wrist and the clast is absolutely terrible to open. And I have been emailing for almost a week for a return on this and have yet to get a response.
