Bait and Switch Company I never received this product. After I ordered it and paid for the 'First' installment, which included a hefty delivery fee, they sent me emails and letters saying they wanted all the payments in advance... I would have been fine I suppose if they had taken the 3 monthly payments and then shipped the product, but that's not what they told me. Anyway, be careful as they don't do as they advertise.

I can't rate this product because after several emails from the company that this sign was delayed with the latest one being almost the end of July, I cancelled the order. It was originally suppose to be here for Father's Day and the first email said it would not arrive until late June or early July. Then after a few days, decided to inquire exactly what was going on. Then was told it be late July. I had planned originally on surprising my retired Navy Chief with this gift for his birthday which was two days after Father's Day. I will think twice before ever ordering from them again and be so disappointed.
