I don’t like this product cause you said guaranteed by Christmas and still isn’t here. I’m very upset and will never buy from Bradford exchange again. Horrible experience and how you can ask me for feedback on the ring when you didn’t even get it to me with a guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Horrible customer service and company.

Love the ring however bought to ware on my vacationn. Was on plane showed my friend all was good .before plane landed 2 1/2 hours flight looked down stone was gone. Was in and out my bag for snacks but couldn’t find stone. Must of been on floor of plane but I couldn’t see it.
