You are asking me to rate an item that I have yet to receive. I ordered this way before Xmas and can't get updates on tracking. Last time I order from your company I always was told you were very reputable. Ha ha

Very smooth process and the item arrived on time
I never got my item ! You sent the wrong item the first time.I returned the item and bought another one to have for xmas. I plan to go on facebook to let the people know how bad your company is!

I would love to rate this product but I have tracked it several times since it shipped on 12/5/25 but I still haven’t received it. It says in transit so I’m hoping it will be here before Christmas. I tracked this order today and it says it was delivered to Saint Clairsville today. It’s not at my house. Does this mean it is still in transit? I hope so I’ve been waiting since the beginning of December. Only one day before Christmas and it’s probably my most important present this year. Been a little frustrating with tracking this item.
