I've tried 200 times to get the ball levitate & that's NO exaggeration. I cannot do it ! The cheaply made top on it doesn't work. As of now, its still sitting in the box. Very unhappy customer! You make it hard to get a hold of you guys for customer suppor,t as well.

Paid over $220 then 5 days later it went 50% off. Law states I'm allowed a credit adjustment. Then you ran my cc 3x for 1 $50 coin

This would not levitate at all. It took me 3 days and then sent it back because it did not work.

I received the wrong order and now I need to cancel this order to order something else. I have called twice already and keep getting the run around and empty promises that this order is cancelled! This makes me second guess ordering anything else from this company’s!!!!

I was so disappointed once I had received the levitating football. It’s a piece of junk! It took many attempts but finally after hours of trying I was able to get the football to levitate. Once I turned it off and tried again the next day I could not get it to work again. After several days and several family members repeated tries we finally gave up. I wish i had kept the packing so I could return the item for a full refund. This will be the last purchase I make from Bradbury exchange.

It does not Levitate it's like the weighting or something is off balance - had several people try and also look at it as well as watched YouTube Videos and all agree.. The product does not work. Wasted 300.00 ( 219.99 + Shipping and taxes and fees). Very disappointed and won't purchase anything again.

Product is poorly made, very difficult to set up and over-priced and smaller than I thought it would be. I would definitely would think twice before purchasing this item.

My husband received his gift for Father's Day and it was a huge disappointment. The only reason I purchased a gift this expensive was because I thought it was unique. A levitating Ohio State Football. Well, needless to say the football did not levitate and the magnets seem like the polarization is the same so they will deflect. Product quality is not what I expected from the Bradford Exchange. Will be contacting them for refund.
