I have emailed HELP three times. First you told me I had NO ORDER so I ordered again. Now I have two RINGS and I have requested a return shipping label - NO REPLY! So customer Service SUCKS! I have NOT Received my order - Only an email saying it was delayed. When I ordered it on 11/25/2024 - I was made aware it would be received by 12/23/2024 for Christmas. I received that email a second time. I then received an email saying it would be AFTER the Holidays - NO DATE!. I called Customer Service amnd was basically told Tough luck it's out of stock and you won't get it until after 2/7/2025. Thats CRAP SERVICE, will spread this about Bradford Exchange on EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM!
