I never received it. I got a Santa Claus statue that cost $60.00 less than what I ordered but after spending over an hour on the phone and speaking to four different people and getting nowhere i decided to just chalk it up to a loss. I will never spend a dime with Bradford exchange ever again

Too plastic for the price

I wouldn’t even have paid $2.50 for this “sculpture” had I seen it in person first. The lighting is mediocre at best, and almost hidden from view. The music is barely audible, and decorative accents on the front are actually cheap stickers. I asked for a full refund the day after receiving this disaster. After several days with no response, I filed a complaint online with the BBB. They accepted my complaint, and forwarded it to Bradford Exchange for their response. Shockingly enough, BE sent me a return label and an apology via email the very next day. I still haven’t received my refund, but the package is still in route to them.
