Well. When I took it to Church $ the lady who chose to sit next to me in the chair that I had my purse in, she literally took it out of the seat and put it on a separate table. By it's self. It's a very large purse. More of a carry on luggage bag. Because it's so big I don't know what to do. I'm thinking of returning it. Especially if people are going to treat me that way..in a church !!!!!

This big oversized purse that I paid more than $150 for, plus $17 shipping, was crammed in the mailbox And was shipped in a plastic bag. The purse is creased and has dents. I am very disappointed and expected more out of the Bradford exchange. To make things worse, it was a gift that was sent directly to her house

I can't review something that I never received. I ordered this in October for my daughters birthday in November. I was called because my mailing address was different that my street address and told them that I live in a community which has a street address and a different mailing address. But this was supposed to be sent to my daughter in SC and they said it would be there by November 8, then I was told it was not going to be until end of December. So I Canceled the order. Very Very disapointed with your service.
