The merchandise was fine but your tracking method is ridiculous. We provide an email address to you but never received any tracking information unless I sign back in to the account. But you send information 3-4 times a day to purchase other merchandise. I didn’t know where my package was until it arrived. I should not have to sign in to track my package you should send that information in an email. Because of that I would not order anything else from you . But the ring is great.

This was to be purchased as an engagement ring. It was suppose to be delivered by 5-23. HOWEVER... the day before the delivery date they emailed me saying it wouldnt be arriving until July. Long after the vacation that the engagement was planned for. Yeah they cancelled the order ok. But do NOT trust them on the delivery date.

I ordered this ring a month ago. On the website it said it was 177$ when I went to checkout It was 233$. When my ring arrived I thought it was beautiful. Then 2 weeks later I flipped my ring over and saw that it was completely black. I called them and they said to throw it away and I would get another one. I asked them if it would turn black too and they promised me it wouldnt Why would you tell me to throw away a 233$ ring. When the ring arrived I thought it would be ok but 3 days later it turned black. Im Calling tomorrow for a refund
