When I got this it was not even wrapped up. No styrofoam on 2 sides and it was in a thousand pieces! Disgusted is putting it mildly. It was a Valentine gift and when you said you would replace it, it wouldn’t even be mailed until March. I ordered it and had the first one weeks before Valentine’s so the second should have been there in time as well.
