My address was changed and my package went to someone's house. I thought I was purchasing a collection, it didn't say one lighter but I only received one lighter, not happy to pay 90 for one lighter

I can't rate this product because I have yet to receive it. I keep getting told its on its way. It's been 17days since I ordered it and nothing, so sorry I even ordered from here...the customer service and shipping is beyond terrible.

I ordered the Ozzy Osbourne lighting collection I got one lighter they said it was in fine print down below 49.99 for each lighter send you one a month so it cost me $70 with shipping and handling that's over $700 Bradford exchange is a ripoff

Total ripoff!!! You absolutely intentionally make it look like you’re getting the whole set, HUGE disappointment to then get ONE lighter in the mail… absolutely the biggest let down out of everything I ordered for Christmas this year! Do better.

I paid $66 for a single lighter not a “collection” like it claims. It’s absolute bull that they don’t word in the title that a subscription is required and the $66 is monthly. I have never been more frustrated at a product or company over this

I am not happy with this purchase. You made it sound like all the lighters were included in the display and now after spending almost $70 im finding out I have to purchase additional lighters. This is ridiculous and I will not be ordering from you again. False advertisement at its finest.
