I have recently addressed the quality of this product with your customer service representative. First, the bag does not have sufficient pockets to hold coins, miscellaneous credit cards, monetary wallet, etc. It is also made of very hard material and does stay on my shoulders very well and be very hard to carry. This is not a purse of supposedly Bob Mackie quality.
