It still has not arrived. It was supposed to arrive may 13 and now it says it'll take another month and a a half. Not impressed.

I would like to rate this, but I haven't received it. I was told it would arrive on April 28th, but here it is May 7th, and I still haven't received it. This is supposed to be a Mother's day gift, but it doesn't look like I will receive it by then. I will NEVER shop at this company ever again. I am highly disappointed and hope the Bradford Exchange does better in the future.

Never Received the Item. When ordered, was not told it was on back order. There was NO Personalization, so that was not holding up the order. Called Customer Service twice. Personnel seem to not know what to do or say. Very Poor. Won't ever order again.
