As per the picture I thought it was 4 canister, only got 1 and for some reason you are charging me for something that is coming Feb.5 and I tried calling and emailing and no one has responded to my request.....will try once again on Monday Dec.29

It was misleading, looks like you're getting an actual set of Snoopy canisters. Paying 79.99 for 1 canister then a subscription for the others..? Paying over 300$ is ridiculous.keep trying to make sure I can cancel but website is offline.plus I paid 21$ for 2 day delivery and it took 5 days.

You only sent me one not the collection and I also ordered a clock 2 months ago and have never received it. Service has been terrible

I only receive 1 of the 4 canisters. Where are the rest. They are expensive, especially if you only get 1.

I have only received one canister not the set and you are trying to charge me $100. per canister. You are trying to charge my card for canisters l haven’t received. When l called and waited for 45 minutes to talk to someone she said we would receive one every 28days but nothing about me being charged $100. Per canister. You people are a total scam. It doesn’t say anywhere in the description of product that this is a $400 canister set. It is a ceramic canister. I never received 1st one and received 2nd one and you are still trying to charge me.

Noted as a canister collection showing the picture of four canisters. Canisters are sent and charged per piece. Returned and will never purchase from Bradford Exchange again.

Not clear about the total cost of the item. It was advertise as a set for a specific price. I only received one piece from the set. I set an email to see if I will be charged again for each individual piece, but did not receive a reply. If the set cost what I initially paid (about $80.00, plus another $12.00 S&H, then I am very satisfied and would give a top rating. If this is the price of each individual piece, that would bring the total cost up to $400.00 (after shipping). That would be unacceptable and I would need to make a return. Can someone please let me know?

I only received the largest canister and not the rest of the set. Please advise asap. I did received a second canister the same size as the first one, II thought they were different sizes. -0- was due on statement. I requested that I did not want any more canisters for this collection as it was not what I expected. I will keep the two canisters that I have..
