Item was broken upon arrival. The CSR I spoke with was helpful and promptly issued a RMA label. Returned 2 weeks ago for a replacement but have yet to receive a replacement.

Ok. This is visually stunning and what's done well, is fantastic. Unfortunately I got one with damage. The base is missing one of the 4 pads. That same corner of the base is also deformed. In addition, fresh batteries only lasted about 5 hours, and there is no supplied AC adapter to make up for this.

I have not received this product. I sent an inquiry 2 days ago requesting status and have not received a response. The USPS advises they have not received the product from you. I ordered the product on December 3 and it is a Christmas gift. I fear it will not arrive in time.

Arrived broken in several pieces. I contacted customer service via the chat, not once, but twice. Both reps were extremely condescending and rude to me. The second rep even disconnected the chat after I asked a question about them shipping out a replacement to me in which I started a new chat and asked them why they disconnected me. They rudely stated, “I told you that it would be shipping on December 16th.” Unbelievable that they treat their customer’s like this. Needless to say I told them to cancel the replacement order and refund me since the first rep lied to me stating the replacement would be to me in 5-8 days. I will never purchase anything from this company ever again. They lie, and treat their customer’s horrible.

Arrived broken in pieces. Not happy to pay over $200 for an item that is cheaply assembled and shipped to arrive broken. When I contacted customer service to have a return label sent to me, the guy didn’t seem to know what to do. I called on Friday the 24th and he said I would have it in my email within a few minutes. Well, it’s now Tuesday night, and we still haven’t received the label.
