I was surprised at how very small it is. I have a piece (the tree lot) from Lowes that I thought it would match with but it is very much smaller. It is beautiful however and very well made. Excellent quality.

Well, I ordered this village for my daughter, so her and her family can launch their own holiday traditions. I have not seen them, but she says she loves them! (Which also means she didn’t wait until Christmas to open them!

Quality is impressive, but a little pricey. 2 stars overall because customer service sucks. Literally took me 10 (TEN) emails to get them to cancel my subscription! Seriously? Stop preying on weak and/or old folks who don’t have the fortitude to stand up for themselves anymore. And don’t send the 2nd item in this collection by charging me first, not sending a pic, and simultaneously having nothing show up in my account prior to the charge (showed up the next day). Oh, and the 2nd piece was shipped out within a week after we received the first item. That really helps with budgeting. How is it even possible that the remaining pieces in this collection are NOT included in the images of the first item? I have all the emails to back these comments up, but I’m sure they’ll delete this review. This non-customer friendly business model obviously works, otherwise they wouldn’t be doing it. Where’s the integrity?
