The product came damaged I returned last week am waiting on a replacement have not heard back from anyone-box was damaged styrofoam was all over the item and pieces were broken. My first purchase from Bradford Exchange.

This is adorable and well made. Value for the money. You expect the Bradford Exchange to be pricy. Could I get a similar item at Homegoods for less? Yes, but this is a keeper which is why I spent what I did for it.

The product was fine however I had applied for free shipping as well as 4 installments which neither were provided. Returned this product. Still have not received my refund.

Initially, upon removing the "Tree" from the box it looked great. Upon closer inspection though, we found that 2 of the LED lights (which are not repairable) did not work and the sign that one of the characters was holding, had fallen off. At which point, we packed the "Tree" back up and sent it back for a full refund.

It was damaged when it arrived. I had to return it. Lights did not all light up and black glitter bark was coming off the tree.

One of the figures was broken and I emailed about eating a replacement. Still haven’t heard anything yet.
really cute, great addition to my Halloween decor
I did not order this item , but received it anyway and was changed for it on my card. I have returned it and expect a full refund on my card ,I'm very unhappy with the run around. I will not order again .

I expected the tree to be nicely lit with orange lighting on each branch as the advertisement picture showed. instead, the tree has very bright white lights which overpowers the tree and figurines. It was not what I thought I was ordering. Item was returned for refund.

The tree lights, when lit, they are white and too bright. My assumption was the they were a nice orange in color like in the advertisement. The bright white lights take away from the Halloween scene. Will be returning.
