I ordered the ring and was guaranteed to have the item by the 13th of February and they never took the money out of my account or shipped it. I called and spoke to 2 different people on 2 different days and told me not to worry it would be shipped and guarantee to have it by the 13th but then the website changed my delivery date 2 March 27th so that’s when I canceled my order. No apologies no explanation nothing! I would have loved to have the ring my wife wanted.
