The train is crafted of some very good workmanship and utmost quality. My disappointment was not with The Bradford Exchange product, rather with the fail of the mail system. I paid all that extra money for 2 day shipping and it took 6 days to get here.

I like the workmanship of the product

I got one train car and no tracks in the box for $112. Photographed was way more than one train car, so i was under the impression there would be more in the box I guess. The quality of the one train car was great but I was incredibly disappointed with what I actually received. This was a Christmas gift for my brother also and I was confused and displeased to say the least.

False advertising. Didn’t ship what is pictured as for sale. Says it’s a train set but shipped with no car with the engine as pictured, no track and no controller. A “set” comes with a working train, not just an engine. You burned me once, but won’t again. I will be telling everyone about your shady practices.

Very disappointed, I thought that I was getting the entire train set, but what I received was just the Engine, I called and was told each part of the train would come separately and you would have to pay the same price for each piece of the train set. I’m returning the Engine because I can’t afford to pay that much money for a train set.

I don’t know if it will work the post office n be left it unprotected on my stoop in a rain storm. I can’t use it as the gift I intended I have to see if they honor the claim. The usps has the worst employees in the world they care about nothing
