It wasn't completely customized to my specifications. The quality is good, but compared to the price, I had hoped for something more. The engraved name is hard to see. I wear it constantly so I hope it doesn't turn dull over time.

Bracelet is a lot smaller than shown. The engraving is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to make out what it is supposed to say. What a waste next time I will just give them the cash.
