After taking 30 days to receive my order, it was not personalized with any name that was supposed to be on the candle holder. I immediately called and your representative was very nice about the mistake. She reordered the same item and said that it would probably take another 3 to 4 weeks of waiting to receive this order. I still cannot understand why it took so long to receive the original order since it had not even been personalized. Hopefully the second order will be right when it gets shipped. Thank you.

The candle is lovely but I was disappointed that the dog's name engraved on the heart was too small to see. The name was only 4 letters so there plenty of room to engrave it across the whole heart. I was also disappointed that the jar wasn't open so a larger flame less candle could be placed inside.
