The picture is beautiful and the frame is sturdy. I love the time out feature for the lights so you can conserve the batteries. The switch is in convenient place on the side. I love that the picture lights up but the only thing i don't like is HOW it lights up. The lights are bright and in strange places. I imagined lights softly lit from the top down to mimic sun on the water with some highlights, like the picture suggests. However, they are just randomly placed with no rhyme or reason. Still a nice feature on the wall.

Has a port of some kind. Didn't get an electric plug in for it. Haven't had time to buy batteries as of yet. It is very pretty, will like it better when I can purchase the electric adapter cord.

Excellent artwork. Quality material. Although I was expecting a larger size wall frame. Areas of improvement: internal lights installation should be improve for even distribution of brightness.

Well made and looks good, except it would be better if the lights were diffused more so that pin point LEDs wouldn't show up directly, which also makes it harder to see the picture.

Thought it was a moving thing the fish and all. Guess I read it wrong. It is nice pretty. Would not of paid what you were asking for it. If the fish moved it would of been satisfactory then. Judy

The item came without a hand-held remote as noted. Plus the fact my sister did not receive return postage. Spoke to an assistant and had to email her one.... told us we would have to wait 6-8 week for a remote, but if we return the Rainbow Reef, we would have a new one with remote in a shorter period of time. My sister loved the pic, but I was annoyed that she did not get the remote and had to send everything back. She said she is mailing it today (3/5). I wonder how long she will have to wait for the second one hopefully with a remote... thanks You... Terry Hayes

Two things: 1-Unfortunately, the hand held remote control was missing when I opened the package. Hence only four stars. However, I have contacted customer service and am confident that the missing item will soon be sent. 2-That said, I absolutely love the Rainbow Reef Wall Picture! I feel happy every time I look at it. It reminds me of once when I had the chance to hug a dolphin. :)
