I paid for this product and never received it. I spoke to customer service and they said they would resend a different one. The purpose of this gift was for my wife birthday last Saturday and they told me it will take up to about 8 business days. This is insane. My first time ever visiting the site. I’m so piss up and disappointed

Lovely well made
Product was fine. However, I paid for 2-day shipping, and it took 11 days to finally arrive. I won't be ordering from Bradford again.
Beautiful and nice fit
The product is great. The customer service sucked. They "GUARANTEED" delivery by Christmas, and I received my purchase on Jan 3rd. So much for their GUARANTEE.
Very pleased with the product Shipping was a couple days late but was in midst of Christmas season.
It's just a bit smaller than I expected, but hou had nothing in the ad to show the true size. I would have purchased anyway, but would have preferred it a bit larger. Also, I paid an extra $11.95 for delivery on/by 12/22. Well, the USPS didn't deliver until today, 12/28. I realize that's beyond your control, but perhaps you should consider another shipper, especially when you're charging a premium for the service.
Excellent look and value.
Much smaller than pucture. Very cheap looking. I threw it away.

Bought as a gift
