the ghost train locomotive would not go through the tunnel but Bradfor was good about taking care of my issue.

I returned it today. The opening for the train to go through was not large enough for your Christmas train engine to go thru it. I am very disappointed with your company for allowing something like this to happen! Also, the openings did not center on the radius track. Very poor scale.

The Rocky Mountain Tunnel received is not as pictured at the Bradford Exchange website, nor that of few postings on eBay. The Rocky Mountain Tunnel received has green glitter sprinkled all over the white snow areas, which is not what is seen in any picture of the Rocky Mountain Tunnel out on the web, including Bradford Exchange website. This now makes a second horrible purchasing experience with Bradford Exchange regarding the Hawthorne Village Christmas train related items. Would never recommend Bradford Exchange to anyone for purchase of anything!

The product is over priced, but nice. Bradford was a disappointing Vendor for this purchase. My order had been shipped, on the way, several days before anyone at Bradford could tell me where it was. Bradford used FedEx to ship it to my Post Office. FedEx drove past my home to deliver my order to them, then the next day, the Post Office put a card in my mailbox, telling me to pick it up at the post office. Shameful treatment of Customers. This was my first, and now last experience with Bradford.
