I ordered this for Christmas for someone, paid for the two day shipping. It was late. I got a partial refund for shipping. I just received it on 12/29. Way past Christmas. If the item says arrives before Christmas, then it should arrive before Christmas. When it comes 4 days after Christmas and I get a partial refund for the inconvenience it's not efficient. I'm happy I finally got it, but I'm mad it was severely late coming after Christmas. The product is 5 stars. I rate my experience with negative stars.

Mine arrived broken. Sent an email. The response? A copy of my email. I called customer service. Was on hold for 35 minutes. I did talk to a very friendly rep who told me my order was being resent. So far nothing. I haven’t even received a notification it’s been shipped. It’s a gift and I’m very displeased.
