For the price I was very disappointed. No adapter for the item. Some characters were chipped and the water section had a horrible paint job on it. Santa's house had bad paint job as well. Windows weren't as light of a paint job like in the picture and some were missing paint. I was really excited about this product but unfortunately it was horrible quality. Compared to the picture it was about a 3 out of 10 in my opinion.

The piece is beautiful but it's not what I thought I had ordered. I am returning it. UPDATE: This item was returned on November 19, 2025 via USPS and it's tracking number confirms receipt. Bradford Exchange has yet to refund payment. December 24, 2025

A little on the pricy side

One if the towers came in cracked. A little glue and its now ok
