it doesn’t do a lot of things I wish it would’ve done. Like there’s no music the lights are very dim. You would think that the price that they’re selling this train it would have a lot of more features. I feel like in a way they’re just more focused on the details of the tracks.

Very hard to put together and product came broken out of box, graying to fine out how to get my money back

Sadly the train set was terrible. The connectors between cars is very delicate and comes apart with the slightest touch. There is no way to connect the locomotive to the second car. I’m returning as it’s a complete waste of money

Not satisfied at all!! The train came way smaller than pictured. The item that go inside the train are to heavy and pushed the train off track. The wheels on the train are not aligned right so when it picks up speed it goes off track. Definitely not worth the money.

I have purchased other items from Bradford Exchange and loved them. I thought you were top quality. Well this train put you way under the bar as far as quality goes. In fact I am trying to return it. Not only is it made out of cheap,plastic but the tracks are so bad the poor Train can not stay on it. My dream of having my last Christmas with all the kids and Grandkids decorated with Snoopy and his friends will not happen. I am starting over with a whole new theme. So now please tell me how to send this train back to you.

I spoke with customer service about a missing piece. I just wanted it sent to me but her ONLYSolution was to return for exchange. The black connector piece between cars completely fell apart making train unusable. I cried to admit to my husband how much money I spent on it. It’s in a box of couldn’t return because I glued characters in place. I’d always trusted Bradford Exchange but will never order I’d recommend again.

I was expecting something a little more durable. I love the concept, wish it was made better. This set is too fragile and would not last under and around a Christmas tree. One of the tracks in the set was defective, so I sent the whole set back by their request, and my disappointment. I am looking at something a little bigger and durable. I will still look at more of their line of trains.

I do not like all of the plastic. Its disappointing, and looks low quality for $300. I have loved many things from TBE but this is NOT one of them.

the product is built well with keeping all in mind that everything is on a seperate rating but when you try to put the train on the track it is never on properly and always derails it wont self align, as you use the cars come apart way to easy when its on the track, i was very dissapointed because my wife waited to get this train set for a very long time and we finally spent the 300.00 to purchase and she was very sad that it was not a quality product and could not even display this around the christmas tree. i will need a return label sent to me because it doesnt work as advertized.

Cars did not stay on the track. Cheaply made and quite expensive. Shipping charge.

Very nice set lots of detail in tge train and characters
Track is hard to put together and will not stay connected. It was much smaller than expected. For the money spent I expected better quality.
