This sculpture arrived in great condition was packaged well, when I removed it from the box I was so happy that it is exactly as pictured, instead of plugging it in I installed batteries and it lit up so beautifully and I hit the button on back and it played such great Christmas music, love it!

I changed the batteries 3 times and the music didn't turn on. Also, the reindeer antlers were broken. ai put the pieces in the baggy with the certificate.

The music did not work. The switch is loose. Believe it’ wasn’t worth the monies. Did not come with a cord.
