This is a beautiful, well made clock and the recipient loves it. I am also impressed with their customer service department. The clock arrived with a mistake in the engraving (which was clearly my fault), but The Bradford Exchange immediately fixed the mistake and shipped me another clock. This is a very impressive piece, so don't hesitate to grab one.

Pretty disappointed in this USMC clock/thermometer. It doesn't have the classy quality appearance shown in the photo -- in real life it's cheap looking, particularly the 3-D EGA and flags. The EGA does not have the antiqued affect, which in the photo gave it a vintage and quality metallic appearance, and there is not much contrast between the "brass" and "silver" on the globe. It looks like shiny plastic (see photos). Not sure what the EGA is made from but it's not metal. Online, the description of this item is not very detailed and I thought the flags would be cloth -- real miniatures -- but they are resin. In order to have the USMC insignia fall in the front the Marine Corps flag is distorted (see photos). I was hoping to give DH a classy memento to commemorate the 50th anniversary of his commissioning and this didn't meet my expectations.

It was nothing like what was pictured and it was very cheaply made. Poor quality and I was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. I don't like even giving the product a one star. But customer service was very fast and helpful in giving me a refund.

This product is made of very cheap quality and also does not contain any weight at all. Thought I was going to get a great product but did not. I also got someone else’s order with someone else’s name on it. Did not reorder

it was an anniversary gift for my husband and he loved it. he is very patriotic and a Vietnam Marine veteran.
This was beautiful. My husband passed in Sept. and he was a Marine and this is a gift for my daughter so I know she will love having her Dad on her desk. Thank You so much for such a beautiful Clock.

This was a gift to my Grandnephew, for his 20 year Retirement Celebration from the Marines. He absolutely loved it! Although it was to be delivered 2 wks after the event, I have to thank you all from the bottom of my heart because it was actually delivered on the date of his Retirement Celebration, which meant the world to me.
