The Sensational Shades Ring stopped working after just 1 week. It's just Grey all the time now. It's a beautiful ring and I loved it, when it was working the 1st week. I have sent 3 messages to the company about this but have yet to receive any reply from them.

The product was fine, but the shipping sucks. I will not order anything in the future, if you use UPS and final delivery by the USPS. The product sat 4 day in Dallas until the USPS finally shipped it out. UPS got it out in a timely manner, but once the USPS took charge it sat causing it to miss the birthday. For what I paid for shipping, it could have been sent by FedEx or UPS.
