For the price and size, it wasn't that impressive. Not as clean as the pitcher looked. There wasn't no wow project.It was an o k product. But it was a nightmare getting it before christmas. A customer service screwed up the name once as sent a bag. I finally got it back before christmas. The other product I ordered with this for a christmas gift was destroyed in shipping and I still haven't heard anything on the replacement and what i'm gonna get it. The customer service on this has been horrible. This ain't the same bradford exchange my mother ordered from years ago. It's night and day difference from what it used to be. Bradford exchanges needs to go back to their roots. How they were fifteen years ago. I want to order from this copy ever again. Due to customer service, shipping and quality of the product. I'd rather order off a Temu or etsy.

I cannot rate this product as I never received it. I ordered it before Thanksgiving to arrive before Christmas as a gift. It never arrived. The Bradford Exchange used the cheapest shipping method through UPS Mail Innovations and the package got lost. After several emails with customer service, they refunded the money. Not once did they try to get more information on the shipping and repeatedly just provided the current tracking update which stated the same thing for over 3 weeks.

Not happy at all with the sticker that they "Personalized" the item with our names. It looks cheap and not applied neatly. Not what I expected from the Bradford Exchange.
