The quality of the product was good. The customer service, however, was not. I paid a lot of money for 2 day shipping, I live with in the 48 states, but it took a week to get my package. I tried reaching out to the company through the channels posted on their website. I never heard anything back nor did I receive a refund for the shipping cost. I will never be buying from this company again.

How can I rate this product when I ordered it you never sent me one thing. Nothing to show what I ordered. Nothing to show the purchase. All I get is your disgusting ads which mean nothing to me. I find your we site pathetic. Would never order again.

My order was supposed to arrive on 12/23/25 but it hasn't arrived yet. When I contacted the customer service line all I got was, if it doesn't arrive in 30 days let me know. Not satisfied with your customer service at all.

Considering I received the wrong necklace after I paid for early shipment and called Bradford Exchange to ship it back and was told it would take 4 weeks to exchange THEIR MISTAKE and get my money back- obviously I am not happy. They did not send a return label and that has been 5 days ago. Don't need that necklace since the birthday has come and gone a week ago.and had to get something else. I didn’t need a Marine pendant!!!!!!

I liked the necklaces (not high-quality packaging as expected) but felt the shipping and handling charges were excessive. The necklace was $79 and close to $20 in shipping and handling fees.
