I don't know; I paid for 2 day shipping, but still haven't received it. I already inquired as to not being able to get it's status. The link in my receipt email didn't work. You told me it was shipped on 2/11 and it would arrive in 2-3 business days. This is the second email I have received to rate your product, but it's too bad you can't check to see if I've received it first, before I get the rate it email. I'm very unhappy at this point. Can you tell? I'm knocking down the value for the money to 4 stars, because of the shipping problem. I've waited a week, to hear any results of your investigation. I finally received the earrings, 2/17. They were everything you advertised; my wife enjoyed them. Did you find out what the shipping problem was? At this point, I won't think about 2-day shipping. It wasn't worth $36.93, only to receive it 6 days later.

The earrings are great, the customer service was poor. It took over two weeks for them to arrive. The tracking number given was a fake and no one at customer service could help me know where they were or tell me when they would arrive. Three phone calls without answers and two emails that weren’t answered.
I have not received the earrings.

They might be actually very beautiful if you could actually see them. They are much, much smaller than they appear in the advertisement. Would not buy again.

I’m so sorry but I can’t review this, I sent it to my granddaughter for her birthday. It won’t be her birthday for another month. I’m sure she will love them!!!
The earrings are fantastic...but the way it was shipped by not being bundled with the pendant I ordered at the same time created what I feel is an excessive shipping charge! I paid over $21.00 to have these little bobbles shipped!!! Each one only weighed .195 of a pound!!! Rediculous!
