Product is great,, service, not so much. Someone tried to use my card to buy stuff, immediately after I placed my order. Probably will not order again, just because of the security, or lack thereof.

There is no star in the middle of the stone. The stone is all blue. VERY MISLEADING.

I have bought a Lindy star sapphire in the past and the brightness of the star really stood out. The Bradford star doesn't have the same sharpness i expected.

The necklace was much smaller than expected, with a dark stone that had a very hard to observe star in it. Nothing even close to what was pictured in the ad. I returned it immediately.
