I don't even have the item! You people changed the delivery date twice on me. And if it changes again, I will cancel and want my money back. You first told me I would get it the week of Thanksgiving, then you told me that I would get it on Dec. 02 NOW it's Jan. 14. This will be the last time I order from you people! This was supposed to be a Christmas present! I will only change my rating when I get the item. I am NOT happy.

I LOVE THE COLLECTION, BUT I THINK IT'S A LITTLE PRICEY.
i like the overall design of the snowman but thought it would have a "ligher" quality to its execution. And, of course, I think it is price above its value.
