Hard to get it to stay rotating once you get it to light up and rotate you cannot touch it otherwise it’s kinda special and very different everyone likes but you cannot touch it
This was a birthday gift for my brother. He is in awe of it. He has spent hours watching it levitate and rotate. Told me it is a true piece of artwork, and very mesmerizing to watch the eagle flying and the orb spinning. He is totally in awe. I could not have found a more unique birthday present.
Got for gift. Looks nice.
This product appears to be extremely cheaply made. Like a china knockoff. Very disappointed in the quality of the actual ball. It’s plastic. Doesn’t even look painted, looks like a wrap. Bradford exchange has certainly gone downhill, we used to buy plates & porcelain dolls from them years ago. This eagle was shipped in only the styrofoam 2 piece box they all are wrapped in & no certificate of authenticity. So very disappointed. Never again though.

I sent you an email about my purchase- did you get it? The box it came in us crappy and dirty and makes it look like the product is used. Not ok- the price for this is way to high for the way it comes- it wasnt even wrapped to orotect the Styrofoam and keep it nice!!! Why?

This is very nice. I think you should be able to replace the globe without having to buy the whole thing. My grandson dropped the one I had and the magnets came loose inside so I had to buy the whole thing because my wife really liked it and couldn't let her know it was broken.
Poor quality as compared to the multitude of items that I have purchased from you over the years!

The globe is amazing.bi love it but one thing it's hard to get it in the center so it levitates or it could just be me not used to the globe

Terrible to get it to levitate with the base either jumping up to the globe or the globe wants to attract to the edge. Should have a over hang piece that counter acts the push/pull for center point.

Beautiful but really tough to find the sweet spot to make the globe levitate.
I cannot get it to levittate. it just pulls the globe down. with the magnet. I am returning. It is plastic and cheap. the cover on the ball is even coming off. its just a plastic picture on a round plastic ball. very cheaply made
