My plaque was attached ypside down. So it appears to me there was no quality control on my product. Disappointing for a $200+ purchase.

The item was broken upon arrival. I returned it and an requesting a refund and cancellation. Despite the fact it was broken, I rated the item low. The base is not as pictured, it was solid black as opposed to the marble shown in the advertisements. The light up base is really cheesy. I have returned every item I have purchased in the past year. The quality is well below the standard I expect from Bradford.
