It doesn't look as good as it appears online. The bands of diamonds and engraved lettering looks much better online. I am disappointed in the overall appearance of the ring. Bradsford's shipping of this ring was the worst I have experienced. It was ordered 1 July 2026 but not shipped until 24 July. Once shipped, only one shipping status update was provided. The status update was only provided after contacting Bradford Exchange customer service. This was the worst shipping experience I've ever had. Finally received the ring 3 August and didn't know it was out for delivery.

I was very dissappointed in the appearance of this ring. You can hardly see the brown diamonds and are so small you can hardly see them. I have sent the last several products back. The quality has gone down in recent years and I don't think I will be ordering again any time soon. I used to order alot of things from Bradford. This will be going back to

Quality was poor, sloppy engraving. Either no mocha diamonds were in it or they were so pale you couldn’t tell (I have mocha diamonds and these were not it). Customer service was great though, very fast and courteous. I am waiting on replacement, will update if problem is fixed.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. I have not received my product yet. It was supposed to arrive in November but will not arrive until January 12. Had I known that I would have never purchased the product as it is a Christmas gift. I will never use the Bradford exchange again as the time-line I was again will be over 2 months late. My rating is a zero.
