This is a horrible product. I am contacting Bradford Exchange today. I have had the bracelet for a couple weeks and it continuously falls off. The safety clasps on each side don't work and the bracelet twists so so those little rigid gold sides continuously stick out catching on things. I do not recommend.

I was disappointed that the individual links do not lay together as nicely as the picture. The words are so tiny you almost need a magnifying glass to read them.
