C H E A P !!! Took 10 days for delivery of a premade product that is very cheaply made but highly priced. I had ordered a necklace and these earrings. The necklace was more expensive than these earrings. I have not received the necklace as of this day but received these very cheap looking earrings 10 days after I ordered it and told Bradford Exchange that it was for an anniversary, which is a very special occasion Seeing that it was our 25th anniversary. As I said, I am still waiting for the necklace, it still has not arrived. I’ve had model issues trying to contact customer service at Bradford EXCHANGE and or reporting my issues with the delivery and service. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I am also waiting for phone calls replying to my inquiries and response of emails for my inquiries. However, I get an email the one that I’m replying to on. How do you rate our service on these cheap earrings when I haven’t even received my very special item being the necklace is still not been Delivered or received to my address. My order of these earrings came by United States Postal Service, which is horrible as far as wait times why doesn’t a company as big as Bradford exchange Use FedEx or UPS??? This company is nothing about greed and money and definitely not about Customer Service to those that order from them.
