While I love the bracelet, your customer service leaves something to be desired. Called because the product did not even ship until the day it was promised. When I called, I was told it was shipped the day ordered (Wednesday) when in fact it wasn’t shipped till Friday. I then emailed on Thursday only to be told to call. Yet the person I talked to on the phone on Friday couldn’t even give me a tracking number. It was received on Monday, so it at least was delivered, but to pay $34.95 for expedited shipping and be promised one day and get it 3 days later (1 business day) with no response from email support when I responded and said no I wanted someone to take a look at the order and did not want to make a call, that was disheartening.
