The birds broke off too easily. The colors were not as brilliant as depicted in the ad.

It’s not good quality. I can literally find similar if not better products at the Dollar Tree. Highly disappointed.

The music box was very beautiful and will be cherished.
Can't. The person I sent it to for her 103rd birthday has not received it yet. When I first ordered it was supposed to be delivered on the 11th Her birthday is on the 9th. I called Bradford on the 11th when it did not show up. It is why I had to give you a one. The lady I spoke to on the 11th once again guaranteed me that it would be reordered and arrive in one to two days because I asked for the express delivery. Once again it did not happen. It should have shown up by the 13th. Now I get emails telling me that it will be delivered on the 18th and I was still charged the express delivery amount. I think that should be lowered to your 12.99 charge. The lady I sent it to was taken to California to spend time at her daughters Not a good sign. You have many things I would definitely rate after I purchase it and someone actually receives it Now I have to drive across town when I get a "it was delivered" email before the porch thieves get it Jerry (Gerard) Van Slyke

Firstly, the item was delivered after Christmas although it was promised to arrive before (I paid extra $20 for express shipping!!). Poor quality and looks cheap. It was a big mistake to order it for the money! Never again!

Beautifully crafted music box makes a cherished gift.
Small for the money, and birds on top had fallen off, and can't see the other birds painted on it that well. Done buying here.

Does not look like photo. Has a piece of foam to cover the music box inside. Just not what I was expecting when I thought I was getting what was on website. False advertising.
