I love this bag. It's perfect for the Halloween season and I can't wait to carry it. I also have the Nightmare Before Christmas bag and I get so many compliments on it. A great purchase.

It is a super cute bag, but it is cheaply made. After only having it for a week the material is starting to pill from friction against my clothes. Definitely not worth the price.

I love my purchase..but if I could make a suggestion…maybe use a different delivery company..my product was delivered by ups mail innovations and then USPS… there was a period of a week it did not move at all and it was less than 2 hours from my home.. it was a little stressful…to see no movement for such a long period of time.. And when I reach to your company they advised to allow more time and reach in 30 days if I had not heard anything… I thought that was a little long as well since this product was shipped from just a few states away… as far as the product I love it!

Never got it,,was supose to be wifes christmas present,,,you had more than reasonable time to get it here, twice in 2 days the bradfotd excchange has lied to us on the phone about the delivery now being on the 21 of dec 2023, by 9 pm cst. We called on the 22 amd were to it eould be there thay night by 9 pm est. It mevrr showed, the post office said it went from il, to orlando fl, to jacksonville fl and on the 21rst of dec was sitting in caroline pouterico. Bradford first said in was in route from indiana, then when i chalanged that with what i had been showed by yhe post master and on my phone tracker, i was told it was in route from pouterico, scummy lies from bradford exchange, AND AT CHRISTMAS!!!! THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE BECOME? YOU WERE ONCE A HOUSE HOLD NAME REPRESENTING QUALITY,,,,,,you have falling belowvthe quality of VA HEALTH CARE,,,,,never though they could have anyone less trustworthy but bradford exchange took that honor twice over this year,,,,,,,,,,SHAME ON YOU. I did my part trusting you to provide a christmas present to my wife and you failed her and me . Even a Mc Donalds happy meal will provide at least a gift on time,,,,,,
